This is a Japanese Udon Shop located inside of Mitsuwa Market Place, Santa Monica Store.

Using only the finest ingredients, Sanuki is able to offer the authentic taste of Udon that is found in Japan today.  Not only Udon but Sanuki serves Soba and variety of rice bowls as well.  These bowls are Katsudon, Oyakodon, and Gyuudon, just to name a few.  Sanuki also has a plan of installing an Udon noodle machine so the process of making Udon noodle can be shown through the protective glass window to all customers who will visit here.

90% of the ingredients used at this restaurant are all imported from Japan thus being able to deliver the real Japanese style Udon.
